Guano Apes was an alternative rock quartet from Germany. Their industrious mix of grunge and metal made them one of a virtually all successful German rock group of their instance.

A Guano Apes were formed inside 1990 inside Göttingen, Germany, by guitarist Henning Rümenapp, bassist Stefan Ude & drummer Dennis Poschwatta. Lead singer Sandra Nasic joined the band around 1994. A band's career launched around 1996 fallowing it won the contest for local unsigned band by owning their song "Open Your Eyes". A song was as well their forevirtually all & most successful individual, followed per release of their 1997 debut album Proud Like A God. Both #1 albums, ''Don't Give Me Names and Walking On A Thin Line, followed in 2000 and 2003, respectively. A band broke higher when a release of their best of album Planet of the Apes and the final tour inside 2004.
